Boiled potatoes 4 medium
Yogurt 4 tbsp whisked
Salt as required
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
A pinch of asafoetida
Green chillies 2-3
Coriander leaves


In a non-stick pan heat oil. Add seeds of cumin to it and when seeds change the colour, add a pinch of asafoetida and green chillies. Sauté it.

Now add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, boiled potatoes and two cups of water and mix it well.Heat it for four to five minutes.
And in last add yogurt and heat it for five minutes.

Garnish it with the coriander leaves and serves hot.
