Ingredients

Bread pieces 3 cups
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)2 tsp
Curry leaves (kadi patta)6 to 7
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies 2 tsp
Chopped onions 1/2 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
Turmeric powder (haldi) 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Salt as required
Chopped coriander (dhania)2 tbsp

Method

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add 2 tsp mustard seeds to it.
Add the curry leaves, garlic, ginger, onion and green chilies and fry for 1 to 2 minutes on a medium flame .
Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder,tomatoes and 2 tbsp of water to it, mix it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium flame, while with the help of a spoon mash it lightly.
Add the lemon juice,salt and tomato ketchup to the mixture and cook for 1 minute on a medium flame,stirr it constantly.
Now add the bread, mix it well and cook for 1 minute on a medium flame,but stirr it regularly.
Add the coriander leaves and mix it well.
Serve it hot.
