Grated carrots 3 cups
Sugar 8 tbsp
Skimmed milk powder 5 tbsp
Almonds sliced 5-6
Cashewnuts 5-6
Raisins 10-15
Mawa grated 1 cup
Cardamom powder (a pinch of)
Ghee 2 tbsp


For three minutes steam the carrots over boiling water.

Heat the ghee and add to this steamed carrots. Fry it for the two minutes.

Now add the sugar and cook for three to four minutes. Add milk powder and cook for a minute, mix it regularly.

Add the almonds, cashewnuts, raisins, grated mawa and sprinkle the cardamom powder on it and serve .
